Greetings,

As Mayor of Pontoon Beach, I would like to welcome you on behalf of the residents to our Village and encourage you to spend a few minutes familiarizing yourself with our community. During the past several years the Village of Pontoon Beach has been fortunate to benefit significantly from the emergence of the Gateway Commerce Center as the St. Louis region's premier business park. Additionally, a program designed to promote new investment in both quality residential and retail development has resulted in a more diversified housing market and shopping options. Since taking office the Village Board and I have initiated several projects and programs that we believe will continue to move the community forward. Several of these projects are relatively small and simply intended to rekindle a sense of community volunteerism; others are longer term and designed to attract new retail and commercial business investment while creating employment opportunities for our citizens. All of these programs have one goal in common; to build a better community we can be proud to live in and raise a family.
